We are proud to say that back in 1996 we were one of the first companies which have founded the Central Monitoring System for permanent surveillance over protected establishments and offered professional support to active security guards. Ever since then, the number of the users who have recognized the importance and cost-effectiveness of permanent protection with minimal investments has been growing continually, which means that we now have more than 1,900 establishments networked to our system CMS 0-24. CENTRAL MONITORING SYSTEM 0-24 (CMS 0-24) is the highest structural form of protecting persons and property. It is a combination of technical and physical protection, surveillance and intervention. The system has been structured in such a way that the installed alarming system informs the surveillance center via centralized monitoring system about an attempted unauthorized breach, ie., burglary, or fire or flood. An intervention team made up of trained, experienced, and armed security guards responds to the alarm and tries to ascertain the causes for triggering the alarm in the shortest time possible, then removes the reasons and secures the establishment until the arrival of the police or the service user. QUICK INTERVENTION TEAMS act upon being informed of a harmful event by the surveillance center, but they also act to prevent such events by their very own presence and physical surveillance of protected establishments. We are one of the rare companies in Croatia which, in accordance with the needs of our users, performs periodic or daily (or even several times a day) PREVENTIVE SURVEILLANCE VISITS to the establishments, which has proven to be a very effective preventive.
